All our constructions are modeled in the Tekla Structures program, which gives the opportunity to solve construction problems already at the pre-design stage and thus avoid time-consuming and costly errors that may arise during production or installation. Thanks to the innovative BIM design and production management technology, the material preparation, production and installation process is faster and more accurate.
We design and detail steel structures by creating workshop documentation for our own production as well as for our customers.
We combine construction elements with elements of architecture, mechanical parts of machines or devices, as well as with electronic and mechatronic systems.
To meet the requirements of the most demanding customers, we enable them to monitor the creation of a structure model already in the initial phase of the project.
After the 3D design is approved by our engineers, we create dwg, dxf or nc files, which we then transfer to numerically controlled CNC machines, laser or plasma burners. Thanks to the digital numbering of each part of the structure, we are able to track it, from material purchase to final installation at the construction site. An equally important element of 3D technology is the ability to carry out the collision identification process, which allows optimization of the structure at the production stage. Having a 3D model of the construction and own workshop documentation makes it possible to divide the project into convenient stages, and the production of even multi-ton structures runs without any disruptions and complications.
