Dimensions of the constructions we implement
We can make constructions with the dimensions of the element only (width x height x length in m) 4.5 × 4.5 × 24 and an element weight up to 5t. Currently, we are able to produce up to 150 tons of structures per month, with the possibility of increasing this amount in cooperation to 300 tons / month.

Steel platforms
We manufacture and assemble various types of platforms, e.g. industrial. They are perfect for the construction of stairs, scaffolding or working platforms. They are stable and durable.
Steel bridges
We also manufacture and assemble steel platforms: communication and working platforms. We provide a wide range of possibilities to adapt them to the individual needs and requirements of customers.
Why is it worth using our services?
We use welding processes in accordance with PN EN ISO-4063 131,135,136,138 (MIG / MAG), 141 (TIG) and with coated electrodes. Our method of operation complies with the welding quality standards: PN-EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-2 up to the EXC3 class.
In order to identify the contractors, we permanently mark each of our products. In addition, we consider as a standard the preparation of as-built documentation, including the delivery of all attestations, quality certificates for the materials used, as well as the issuance of the final declaration of conformity and the CE mark for the entire object of implementation.
We provide corrosion protection of structures by abrasive blasting to min. SA 2.5 (standard shot-blasting), which allows to clean the surface before painting or galvanizing. We provide hot-dip galvanization or galvanization according to project requirements. We paint powder and spray for each corrosivity class in accordance with PN-EN-ISO 12944 and systems depending on our clients’ requirements.
