We design and detail steel structures by creating workshop documentation for our own production, as well as for our customers. We combine construction elements with elements of architecture, mechanical parts of machines or devices, as well as with electronic and mechatronic systems. In order to meet the requirements of the most demanding customers, we enable them to monitor the creation of the construction model at the initial stage of the project. Once the 3D design is approved by our engineers, we create dwg, dxf or nc files, which are then transferred to CNC numerically controlled machines, laser or plasma burners.
By digitally numbering each part of the structure, we are able to track it from the purchase of material to the final assembly on site. An equally important element of 3D technology is the ability to carry out a collision identification process, which allows us to optimize the structure at the production stage. Having a 3D model of the structure and its own workshop documentation makes it possible to divide the project into convenient stages, and the production of even multi-ton structures proceeds without any disruptions or complications.
