HALLS FOR THE ARMS INDUSTRY
We build Halls for the defense industry specialized facilities that must meet specific requirements in terms of safety, technology, environmental protection and to provide appropriate conditions for the production of weapons, ammunition and other components used in the defense industry. The halls are different from standard industrial facilities because of the specifics of the production processes and safety requirements that are necessary in this industry which we are able to fully provide.

SCOPE OF THE OFFER
Facility type: Production/assembly/warehouse hall for arms industry
Location: to be agreed
Area: from 1000 m2 to 20000 m2
Construction: steel, reinforced concrete, hybrid.
Implementation period: from 4 to 17 months, depending on the project.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FACILITY
- Safety and Compliance:
- Implementation in accordance with the Law on Defense of the Republic of Poland and regulations on objects of strategic importance
- Possibility to certify the facility according to ISO 28000, AQAP, NATO STANAG standards, etc.
- Reinforced load-bearing structure, fire protection, controlled access zones
- Installation of alarm systems, CCTV monitoring, access control
- Technological equipment:
- Precision assembly rooms and work with sensitive materials (e.g., rebar, explosives)
- Compressed air systems, dust collection systems, industrial air conditioning
- Anti-electrostatic, dust-free floors
- Ability to integrate with ERP/MES systems
- Specialty Zones:
- High storage warehouses with security features according to NATO standards
- Laboratory and control and measurement rooms
- Shelters or protection zones (upon request)
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Construction and detailed design (including advice on obtaining special permits)
- Support in the process of certification and obtaining approvals from MON, ABW, UOP
- Construction of supporting infrastructure: roads, fences, perimeter protection systems
- Implementation in accordance with the rules of security of classified information
